The Happy Club Cafe is a lovely place to work through an issue you are having, a bad day, or a tough decision, all while maintaining your composure.
There are no certified medical healers here, just a friend who knows stuff. I've learned a lot and taken notes, and I don’t mind dishing out sisterly advice. Journaling your thoughts will help you reflect and find clarity.
You will be served kind words, peaceful thoughts, gentle encouragement, and confident direction. You will be prompted to make choices to embrace joy: happy, peaceful, progressive, kind, grateful, organized;
and win more often.

Gratitude is the key to happiness and success. Take time every day to focus on the things you are grateful for, even the small things. Practicing gratitude is a mindset and helps us attract more positivity into our life.

Growth and progress happen outside of our comfort zones. Confidence comes from Adventure. Knowledge comes from Exploration.

It's our choice. We get to decide.
We are often our own worst critics. Practice self-compassion and be kind to yourself. Treat yourself with the same kindness and compassion you would offer to a friend. You deserve it.
Make good friends with your reflection. Its super hard to do, but so very, very worth it. Everything gets better after you fall in love with yourself.
Nature has a way of grounding us and bringing us back to the present moment. Spend time outside, go for a walk, take in the beauty of the natural world. It's a great way to clear our mind and reduce stress.
A walk outside will instantly cool off an uncomfortable situation. A bit of dancing or exercise in the park will lift a mopey mood. Some people are really happy nurturing indoor and outdoor plants, like pets. I will help you get a mini-garden going for your workspace.
Learning is a lifelong journey. Don't be afraid to try new things and learn new skills. The more we learn, the more we grow and the more opportunities we create for ourself.
Try Journaling, for example...or try it again. Transcribing your thoughts to paper is a way to discharge them into reality or oblivion. I will help you learn about yourself and create your bright future by journaling... and make it easy.
